Music stays with official providers
8VIBES does not host copyrighted audio, offer MP3 downloads, reproduce full lyrics or bypass a streaming service. Song pages provide catalogue information, original editorial summaries and links or on-demand embeds from official providers.
Artwork and metadata
The demo catalogue uses public Apple Music catalogue metadata and promotional release artwork, with a credited source on each song page. Artwork and music remain the property of their respective rights holders. Artist cards use selected release artwork and are labelled accordingly; they do not claim to show artist portraits.
A responsible public launch
Before commercial publication, the operator should verify image permissions and provider terms for the intended regions, replace any asset whose display is not authorised and document the sources of incoming data. Original artwork can be used for editorial playlist covers without implying endorsement by an artist.
Rights-holder requests
For a removal or attribution request, provide the affected page, the work in question, evidence of your rights or authority and reply details through the Contact page. We aim to address well-supported requests promptly.
